I would like very much to be able to start a movie and to go the last 15 minutes (maybe because, I had to stop viewing it here the last time, etc).

Maybe there is already a way to do it, but I did not find it yet.
An easy way could be to be able to use the ProgressBar Cursor (a la VideoReDo) to position the Viewing...

Right now, all I can do is using SKIP (+60 seconds) and REPLAY (-30 seconds). So if there is already a better way to do it, let me know, please

press 15 Skip and you will jump 15minutes into the movie. If the movie is 1 hr long hit 45 skip

Thanks Jorn, the doc I had found about this feature stated that the number was in seconds. So when I tried it with 600-SKIP to skip ten minutes, it just did not move...

So I will try it the next time, knowing it is in minutes and not in seconds.
But I still think that it could be useful to be able to drag the ProgressBar cursor to the position we would like...

Quote:I believe the last 'playback position' is stored in the database, so what are the keystrokes to cause playback to go to that position?
There are no keystrokes for this. The position in the database is only used if you have the 'check for resume' option enabled.
