No digital sound when playing DVD

Hi im using an epia SP13000 motherboard, and i have an coax digital audiocable connected to my AV-reciever.

When I play DVD I winDVD, it's all perfect with dolby digital/DTS sound.
but when i play DVD's in GBPVR I only get stereo sound... and thereby only dolby pro logic I/II sound....

what could be wrong?

I was having the same problem for the longest time, trying to use AC3 Filter and gbpvr. In the end I uninstalled AC3 filter, installed ffdshow and selected SPDIF out in the ffsshow audio configuration for AC-3 and DTS. Didn't have to check any other boxes in the ffdshow configuration.

Works perfectly now.
