I'm having a problem where Plugins are not showing up in main menu. I have installed the DVD ripper and weather plugins, making sure that the plugin and skin files go to their respective places and also activate them through the config program, but no go.

When I installed the program, I changed the install path to C:/Program files/PVR.

Could that be my problem? Something dosen't have the right path?

Take a look in your gbpvr.exe.log file. It will probably have some errors logged that indicate the problem. If you can't figure them out, post the conetnts of the logs here and someone will be able to help. If there is an error loading a plug-in, GBPVR does not display that plug-in.

the plugins you want to use must be supported by the skin you want to use. it's possible, that youre plugins don't show up because of the skin.

Assuming that it was installed properly, the weather plug-in should work with all skins. If it can't find a skin older in the active skin, it copies what it needs from the blue skin.

Same thing happened to me. Turns out the config.xml file was still pointing to the default install folder instead of the one I had chosen. Open it up in notepad, and replace any references of "devnz" with the correct folder.
