Video Library Plugins?

been away awhile, whats the best plugins for a large video library for NPVR? (assuming there are some?)

would like to handle both tv shows and movies and download metadata from thetvdb.com and themoviedb.org (or alternatives) and just work with little configuration and quick automate updates.

The closest thing to a video plugin is Alibert's tv listings which does use thetvdb

For movies, I call the WMC plugin Media Browser and use Media Centre Master for downloading movie metadata and images.
