MyPictures: memory & ratio

I've been using MyPictures for quite some time. This plugin is GREAT!!
However, I have encountered 2 pbs:

1. The ratio of the pictures is not good. When I look at my camera's pictures with windows xp's slideshow feature, they fill the entire screen; but in GBPVR there are black borders on both sides, and so people look taller and thinner. How can I change this?

2. I get an "out of memory" after having viewed 20 or 30 pictures (my camera is a 12 Mpix). However my system has 512MB of RAM and no other application running, so I don't understand why -- unless all viewed pictures are kept in memory? Is there a solution to this?

Check the developers forum http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=7217. Reven is working on the next version of "My Pictures". Its current version is Alpha 4.1

Reven is addressing the memory and raito issues as well as other issues. He will also be adding support for Animated GIF's, web images, copy from memory cards, and other improvments.
