"Object Reference Not Set To An Instance Of An Object"

I just got done installing GBPVR and a Hauppauge PVR-150mce. I got all of my settings done and got the error in the title when I click on "Live TV". Any suggestions? Here is my setup:

Win XP
Hauppauge PVR-150mce with the latest drivers
DirectX9.0c installed (had 9.0b originally and updated trying to fix error)
nVidia DVD Decoder for mpeg2 decoding
Latest version of GBPVR

Any help would be greatly appreciated by this noob.

Okay, I got this working. I am not sure what the problem was. I changed two things and it started working. I hadn't yet installed the USB-UIRT but I had set up GBPVR to use it. So, I installed the USB-UIRT. Also, I switched from composite to S-Video for the input.
Now I am just having a couple of issues with the USB-UIRT, but I will start another thread for that.
