Screensaver on MVP

First off, I really like all the little touches on the MVP in the new release - getting rid of those crappy pause/ play icons makes it look seamless and the screensaver has been a personal wishlist item for a while. Cool.

However, when I play an .avi file over the MVP the screensaver kicks in after about 10mins(?) then takes me back to the main menu when I press a button on the remote.

I tried it twice with the same result. Does the Trans2MVP include some sort of screensaver=false?

Not a biggie, as I don't have that many avi's on my machine and I can always turn the screensaver off in the config if it bugs me, but I wondered if anyone else has the same problem...?

i don't use avi's but i have also noticed that since the new version i get the MVP screensaver coming up on the net radio, it turns off as the song changes and then back on. I do have the screensaver on GBPVR turned off, Guessing i'll have to bring up the mvp software and turn it off again in there. I've had to do this several times over the course of several months.

What screen saver are you guys talking about, the Hauppauge one or the GB-PVR one?

I dont think this could happen, but I'm just converting a large MPEG2 file to AVI so I can check. All the AVI files I had were quite short.

I just left a Xvid AVI playing on my MVP. Its about 44 minutes through it and no sign of the screen saver yet.
