I currently use a ATI TV Wonder VE, any chance of a near future support for this cheaper than average card, of should I get a new one, but in the past this casrd has done me quite well.

Thank-you :p for making a what looks like Great product and for FREE at that.

gbpvr only supports tv cards with hardware mpeg-encoders 'by nature'... and from what i see on ati.com, the tv wonder ve does not have one.

but if the card comes with WDM drivers, you probably get it working with the SoftwareRecording plugin.

see the wiki and this thread
AMD 1600mHz, 512 M RAM, 20+160 GB drive, Hauppauge PVR-350 + PVR-150 + PVR-150MCE, Win XP Pro SP3, using software decoding.

Realistically if you want to run GB-PVR you really need a supported card like the Hauppauge PVR150 or ATI 550 Pro.
