Simple question about EPG update

Simple question:
Say, my EPG-update is at 0300am. I don't want to wake my computer for that ('cause I'm sleeping next to it ;-)).

Does GB-PVR automatically update the EPG the next chance it gets, say when I turn on my computer (at 0900am, for instance)?

No it doesn't. If you set it to never wake, it'll only run the UpdateEPG if is awake at the time specified.

Alternatively you could make yourself and icon, or your own startup batch file that runs "gbpvr.exe -OnlyEmptyEPG" forcing the EPG to be updated.

I think sub meant "gbpvr.exe -OnlyUpdateEPG"
