Name of submenu?

Is it poosible to change name of a submenu? How?

I don't think so.
I asked a similar Q on the order. Apparently they are hard coded

If you're talking about a sub menu you created on the plugins tab of the config app, then yes you can change the name. On the plugins tab, click on the folder name wait a second, then click on it again, and it'll do the normal window's thing of allowing you to rename the item.
