Recordings: Exit vs. Cancel

Under the Recordings menu when I pull up a scheduled show I get 3 options - Exit, Cancel, and Update.

What is the difference between Exit and Cancel? They both seem to simply take me back to the main menu.

Never mind - I figured it out - Cancel is to delete that scheduled recording. Perhaps it could be renamed to "DELETE" instead of cancel for us silly folk in the U.S.

'delete' has a slightly different meaning. I show the 'delete' button when it would mean removing the recording and physically deleting a file. You can 'cancel' a recording that is in progress, yet keep the file.
