Transparency for skin drawing tags

It would be nice to have a Transparency attribute for the skin drawing tags; DrawImage, DrawRectangle, DrawText, etc.

I would also like to see this implemented... I have a ton of new ideas if I could set the transparency for tags independently. If the transparency attribute isn't defined, default to 100%... then those that don't want to use it, don't have to go all the way thru their skins and update them.

Unfortunately this is not easy to implement as you might think, and really hurts performance, so no I wont be doing this. Sorry. I have to alpha-blend two bitmaps to achieve this, which is a pretty significant overhead.
