I think an Audio CD with data tracks would act just like a folder on a computer with music files in the folder.

i think, an audio cd with data tracks can be played with mediaplayer. in this case, my plugin can play it also. i think, i don't know yet. have to try it.
normally audio cd's with data tracks hide their music files in explorer.

are they still there thou? im pretty sure the .cda files are hidden completely, however there are ways to detect the tracks (theres an article at thecodeproject.com which does this), it just means gbpvr wont play them (you have to pass filenames), so youll need windows to play them (which you said you would do, so it shoudl work with mixed content cds).

i'll start with the plugin today or tomorrow. we will see....i have a lot of cd's, one of them will have some data tracks ;-)
i have some sample code to test this.
