Comskip: ticker tape or fixed logo at bottom of screen

In Comskip 0.77 build 65 I added a parameter to ignore a certain amount of pixels at the bottom of the screen.
This is useful if you have a ticker tape or fixed logo at the bottom of the screen and still want to be able to detect black frames.
The default is:
ticker_tape=0
the value is the amount of pixels from the bottom of the screen to ignore

I just wanted to thank you for your work on Comskip. I installed the latest version the other day, and even with the default settings it's almost dead on accurate. I watched a recorded version of a show that I normally watch live and it was so nice not to see a single commercial.
