Audio Volume Control?

I'm using GBPVR to my utter satisfaction. However, my Theatrix 550 pro card captures audio (PAL-D) with volume ramped too high... I would need to reduce it by 30%... Is there any possibilty to do so (I was unable to find any volume control)?

Second that - can this (volume control) be added to GB-PVR? Its not an issue for me most of the time when I use it via the MVP, but when I watch stuff on my computer, it is very loud compared to the volume when I play songs in iTunes, for instance.
