So i just updated my EPG using Zap2it, and befor this everything was working perfectly. But now, channels 18 and 28 are missing from the TV guide. They are shown in the Capture Device settings and in the channels section of Config, but in the TVguide of GBPVR, the entire channel space is missing.
Any ideas?

I just found this out, but the channels are indeed in the guide, just after my last channels and before the first. 72,73,18,28,2,3 is the order of one section of the EPG. Also, I can watch these channels from the guide by selecting 'Watch' but I cannot tune to them while watching live TV, i.e.: I'm watching channel 13 and when I hit 28 on the remote, the box shows up, but nothing happens.

You can adjust the order in the config app on the channels tab.

You'll probably find they have different numbers listed in the channel tab than you were expecting. This is likely caused by some channel number/name clash somewhere, or because you've be dropping and recreating capture sources and channels already with the numbers you were expecting would be used.
