Is this TV out card OK?

I am putting together a pvr ona budget. So far i have a 1ghz Pentium 3 and a NOVA-T USB2 to capture. I have used this capture device on my main pc with no problems.

I want to get a video card for the pvr to output directly to the tv. I am looking at the Radeon 9250 128mb which is a pci card (thats all that the machine has i'm afraid - no agp)

Would this do the job?
What are the pitfalls when outputting to tv?

I use the 9250 PCI no problems at all. the only difference is mine has 250 mb on it

As a rule of thumb, TV output's quality is usually so-so. That said, I actually used to have a Radeon 7000 I think with only 64MB of RAM, and it did have decent quality for the TV.
