MyMusic & MyVideos don't appear in the menu!

Both of them are checked off in the configuration.

I've seen the same problem posted before, but could never find a definite answer that worked for me. If somebody has an answer and this has already been posted I'm sorry! If you require any specific information about my machine, let me know!

post your gbpvr.exe.log file and all the info you can about your gbpvr setup, the skin, install location etc. (not the h/w though).

The log is too big to put as an attachment or paste here (I tried both!) So I uploaded it to my own server:

The skin is default blue skin, it's installed in Program Files/devnz/gbpvr. I have the MyDatabase.mdb file installed that I grabbed from the wiki. Thanks again

Also, this occurs with both the old version 2 and also beta 7 of MyMusic 3. I tried both...

my videos doesnt appear to be loading because of a missing directory in the skin (keypad), this is included in the zip, so you mustnt have unzip the entire thing (or did it incorrectly).

my music 3 isnt loading because the directory for the "My Playlists" doesnt exist. the config isnt finished in my music 3, its expecting the settings configured by my music 2 to be there (ie not a fresh install).
