DVD2MPEG newbie problem

I'm just trying to get DVD2MPEG running so that I can rip DVD's and watch them over MediaMVP. I have installed everything and run the config, but when I try to convert I wind up with an audio.ac3, audio.mp2, and a video.m2v file in the temp location (I told it not to delete temp files) but no output in the output folder. There is also a besweet.log, VTS_01 - stream information.txt and VTS_01_0.ifo file in the temp location.

Any thoughts on why it's not generating the final output?

Probably because mplex is missing or in the wrong location.

The next step is for mplex to run which will multiplex the audio and video components back together to create the single mpg file.

Take a look at the plug in configuration and you'll see the DVD to MPEG command lines and it should become clearer.

Right, following the suggestion on the install, I put BeSweet and mplex in a C:\utils subdirectory and specified that in the config.
