So hwat exactly is the problem, everything looks great, and it looks like your getting better than optimal output.

There is no problem - everything is great.

I just don't understand why the horizontal lines don't flicker :confused:

They dont flicker cause its an interlaced TV, playing an interlacd Source feed at its native resolution. That means a happy TV, and Happy TV's make a good Picture
