FireDTV + MediaMVP?

I am planning to buy a FireDTV s/ci as a replacement of the old DEC3000s. Also I plan to switch from Showshifter (which I use because it supports the DEC3000 and GBPVR doesn't) to GBPVR because it seems to support both FireDTV and MediaMVP (which Showshifter doesn't). Now before I start spending money, I hope that some other user(s) of this setup (GBPVR, FireDTV and mediaMVP) or parts of it are willing to share their experience with me.
A few of my questions :confused: :
*How well does FireDTV function with GBPVR (I read some issue about troublesome channelscanning and in oct 2005, "SUB" didn't recommend GBPVR for the FireDTV). Is the situation changed by now?
*Is the CI properly supported in GBPVR ?
*Are the BDA drivers of the FireDTV OK for GBPVR?
*Are there any issues or troubles when using the combination GBPVR, FireDTV and mediaMVP?
*Anything else to mention?

I've never really spent much time using my FireDTV device. Its seems to behave a bit differently than other BDA devices I've used. The problems I referred to in that post are likely to still be relevent unless newer drivers have resolved the issue.

*Is the CI properly supported in GBPVR ?

Sorry, GB-PVR only supports free to air channels at this point. No encyrpted channels.
