Confirm Config: Processing

Finishing up the config pages on the wiki, and it occurred to me to ask if something I was about to write was right...

I'm sure that if ParallelProcessing.bat or PostProcessing.bat, then the Commerical Detection choice is ignored.

But what about the Wake up, Delete Original, Update Database, and Conversions choice? Are those settings ignored too, in favour of the PostProcessing.bat ?

Oh Yeah, I forgot to ask...

If in the config Tongue

rocessing screen I have selected Comskip and 'Run during Record' (which is akin to ParallelProcessing.bat but not using it), And I have a PostProcessing.bat present, Does ComSkip still run from inside GB-PVR or is it defeated altogether.

Just wanted to know if I can avoid a ParallelProcessing.bat and still use a PostProcessing.bat.

(I'm wincing at the possibility of confusion)

No they're not.

Comskip will run in parallel, and PostProcessing.bat will still run after the recording. Be warned though, its possible that comskip wont be 100% complete before PostProcessing.bat is run.

I just noticed on one of my recordings that the audio sync was out after I manually ran Comskip (still testing)

So I ran retime, and then ran comskip, and it was bang on. So I suppose if I need retime to run before comskip, it'll have to happen in Post Processing.bat.
