Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I have been using GB-PVR for around a year now and I love it. Last night I upgraded to the latest version (0.96 I think?). Until last night I was using 0.94 I believe. My tuner is a Hauppauge PVR-250, with the IR remote "dongle." After the upgrade live TV no longer works and when recording shows to disk, GB-PVR can no longer change channels using my IR remote. When trying to watch live TV I get "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." When it's recording it just records whatever the Dish box is set to and doesn't change the channel.

Any suggestions, other than downgrading?

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Can you go into your capture source and check the channel changer plugin. I think its using the .exe channel changer, but its not pointing to a valid executable.
