Hardware MPEG2 Decoder or not?

Hi all,
I've just bought a NOVA-T USB2 card for only MPEG2 decoder for use with GBPVR and MEDIAMVP (because my computer was always 100% utilization when seeing a movie and this computer has other fonctionnalities on the LAN - DOMINO Server!)

So I saw in one forum that using NOVA-T it's possible to configure GBPVR for using internal NOVA-T MPEG2 decoder, so everything should be OK for my CPU?

What is the correct configuration? I didn't find any information about this on the forum (I doesn't want to use DVB functionnalities but ONLY MPEG2 decoder on this card!)

Thank you in advance for this information, and please help if I'm wrong with this card!! (if so, what other card to buy?!)

Regarding your question, I don't know about anyone else, but I don't understand what your asking. Are you talking about mpeg2 decoder or encoder? You're not being clear or giving enough info.

The NOVA-T USB2 is basically a DVB-T tuner. It doesnt have either an MPEG2 Encoder or Decoder.

The MediaMVP does have hardware MPEG2 decoder, but you still require a decent CPU to be able rin an MVP server..
