Can you import recordings from network drives

I am trying to use the Import featrure to impoirt a datafile of recordings. All my recordings are on network drives.

Each entry is of the form

<filename>\\NetDisk\wd usb 2 (q)\Videos\Zoboomafoo\Zoboomafoo_20050724_08300900.mpg</filename>
<channel>9 KQED</channel>
<status>READY</status>
<startTime>2006-04-15 08:30:00</startTime>
<endTime>2006-04-15 09:00:00</endTime>
<title>Zoboomafoo</title>
<subtitle>Zoboo the Super Lemur</subtitle>
<description>Comic book; kittens; India.</description>
<uid>EP2902620050</uid>
</recording>

When I run the import it says that no files were imported because they either already exisit or could not be found in their original location.

Is this a bug in the import code or in my XML?

You're missing the extra <recordings>...</recordings> tag around this individual recording.

Never mind I found that I had an invalid character in my XML file.
