Yes, this should give nearly full AM support, the only exception is mainmenu SkinEffects on ThemePacks. I will update the "Patch" to fix this as well later today.
Now, not every background variation and buttons are included for Appearance Manager support, but a large variety are. I will include those in the updated patch also.
(All the user has to do is add Backgrounds and Buttons in the proper Appearance directory structure. See exsisting structure for naming conventions.)
