cheap good Caller ID Modem?

Looking at getting a modem to use the caller ID plugin anyone have any ideas on a good cheap one from the US? Also can any of them do Caller ID on Call Waiting, also called Call Waiting ID ?

I bought an el-cheapo BEST DATA 56K PCI WinModem (model # 56HP) from Circuit City for $22. Does Caller ID fine and fax (all I use it for, so I can't vouch for data transfer performance). Probably pick it up even cheaper from NewEgg.
