ZProcess - Old Support Thread...

Zprocess wount transcode the programs with the swedish charters åäö ÅÄÖ in the filename.

When adding the line to the quene it ok.
"C:\TV INSPELNINGAR\House_20061114_16001700.mpg"
"C:\TV INSPELNINGAR\Trälen_20061114_19302000.mpg"


but when running the transcodeQ.bat file, Zprocess seems to rename the swedish charters to someting else...

Hi, Thanks for the wait.

I found out that it wasn't ZProcess, but the batch file that was messing with the characters... I can certainly understand it crashing if the name just insn't right.

I haven't noticed, because I don't use TranscodeQ.bat anymore. I added the same functionality into ZProcess itself, but forgot to document it.

There is now a switch to put Zprocess in Transcode queue mode... Here are a couple ways of using it...

You didn't tell me how you run TranscodeQ.bat. If it is from a shortcut on the desktop for example, edit TranscodeQ.bat and delete all lines of code and add this one line...

Code:

call "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\Third Party\FFmpeg\ffmpeg" queue

This assumes that you have ffmpeg in the default paths for North America. Please edit for your location...

Then in ZProcess on the Queue tab, you must select the processing features you want performed on each file in the queue. Just check the checkboxes. The settings will be saved. Then close ZProcess

What you will see when you run that command line is ZProcess rename itself to TranscodeQ then call a seperate copy of ZProcess for each file in the queue...

Although it's fairly easy, it's a little complicated to explain. So if you have anymore questions, let me know...
