In Live-TV it doesn't display them when it is full screen, but if I hit the info button (MCE Remote) and it goes back to the main menu and the video is playing in the inset, you can see the numbers. Also when playing MPEG videos in Video Library I can see them in the upper right as well. I'm sure it is just something I haven't configured properly (almost looks like frame rates, but not sure since I am not very knowledgeable on video stuff). If anyone can point me in the right direction to get rid of them, that would be great! Thanks.

From memory, its the ATI Tray Tool or something similar that adds this.

Did you resolve this? Sub is right, it's an ATI setting to display FPS. I had the same issue.
Dedicated HTPC: MSI K7N420 Pro, AMD 2200+, 1.5GB RAM, PVR150, 550Pro, ATI 9800XT, 300GB Maxtor HD, Diamond XTreme DDL Sound, MVP over wireless bridge, GBPVR 1.2.13

Yes, I installed the OmegaDrivers and the Tray Tools along with it, then turned off the ATI OSD from within the Tray Tools. i think it turned on when I upgraded the drivers as I never had it there before.
