PriorityRecord.exe error

I am using gb-pvr version 97.13 with Xrecord.

I am getting an error in PriorityRecord.exe

I get a pop up with error message:
"Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x5a0 (1440), thread id =0xf64 (3940)."

When I run PostUpdateEPG.bat from the command prompt, I get:

How do I fix this?

It has to do with the new version being .Net 2.0
I don't think priorityrecordings.exe works with this version. From what I've read elsewhere it needs to be recompiled, and this has not happened yet.
I don't use Xrecord on my setup anymore because of that.
