I have purchased a Freecom DVB-T USB Stick, and after reading this thread, and using Chris.Day's (very useful) scan utility, I finally managed to get GBPVR to recognise the USB Stick and find the channels.

Now I have a new problem which I can't figure my way around! Big Grin

Even though I have updated the EPG, trying Bleb (UK) and DVB EPG Broadcast, I still get this message when I try to view Live TV in GBPVR:

No channels have been set up. Please run the Configuration utility and setup the EPG source. Use the 'Update EPG' button to force the system to import the latest set of channel and programme information.

I don't understand what could be wrong as I have updated the EPG over and over again and I still get the same message.

Hopefully this problem can be solved, and I can start using GBPVR! Big Grin It looks like a kickass piece of software, and hopefully it will prove to be once I get it working. Thanks. Smile

Have you mapped the channels using the 'Map digital channels to EPG channels' button? It sounds like you havnt.

Yeah I've done that and the audio and video show in the small preview box in the config app, but the main GBPVR application still shows the same message.

Ok, I updated and mapped a few more times and eventually it worked! Big Grin

I guess it just depends on the order in which you do things? I got a message that popped up that said something about importing the EPG which I have never seen before and it worked after that time.

Stopped working again, then I realised each channel in the mapper has a drop-down box! :o

I didn't realise those were there until I was clicking around trying to figure out what to do, I'll fill all those in now. :p

All working perfectly now. Smile Just need to flesh out the TV guide a bit more but I've spotted a thread on that. Big Grin
