TVU Player??

Being that I have very very little programming experience, I wanted to ask before I try to dive into this. Would there be anyway to program a plugin that would use the TVU Player (http://www.tvunetworks.com/index.htm)?

I use this to watch football games that are out of my market. I would rather use GBPVR to stream this to my MVP, but I am not sure if that is even possible.
