So, I've had 098.08 b up for a few days, recordings doing great, etc.
I put in the weather pluging again, it works, but again mangles the setup somehow.
Now, it seem that recordings schedule and record OK, but when I try and play anything (recorded newly, recorded a long time back, and on any HD- internal or external) I get the "GBPVR has encountered an error, send a report to MSoft?" death box.
The funny thing is, the recording is _playing fine_, audio, video great. As soon as I close the dialog though of course the whole thing is killed.
LiveTV works fine.
I've tried uninstalling the weather plugin using its uninstaller with no change. I don't see what else to try and change after looking at the logs. and of course this is the time I did not make a .zip of the whole wotking installation before adding something.
Here's the gbpvr.exe log, from startup to death a minute later.
Rerunning the 09808 installer and repairing did not fix the problem. I'm not sure how to fix it at this point. Other times when plugins crashed 098 I could uninstall the problem one or last resort do the install-and-repair and get it going again.
Thanks for help.
