MSI 550 Pro Remote Support

I bought the MSI version of the card before I found out about GB-PVR. It is quite frustrating using GB-PVR with this remote but I must have the guide service. Is there any plans to maybe produce a configuration plugin for this remote via a future release of GB-PVR?

If anyone else reading this has this remote, please chime in so that we can collectively express a need for this. Thanks!

Sorry, but its unlikely there will ever be direct support for this remote. I'm just trying to have built-in support for a small number of common remotes (Hauppauge, MCE, generic remote via USB-UIRT). Any other remotes will need to find external solutions.

Unfortunately there are no real standards for how remotes work, so they're all different, creating a fair amount of work to support each one. Ultimately I can only support remotes I have. Its also only worth spending the time implementing support for remotes that are widely used.
