Attempt to download file from server when playing video

The latest version of GBPVR set off my firewall when I tried to play a video file, and looking in the log I find this:

Is it supposed to do that? Why is this happening?

I saw that in another log this morning. Its only supposed to do that when you're running as a client in a client/server setup. Its trying to download the comskip data from the server, but obviously you dont have that server since its not a client machine.

The attached patch should resolve it.
