Hardrive running constantly

After a show is finished recording, my hardrive light continues to flash like it is still recording (I'm talking even hours later). Is this normal? If I stop all of GBPVR, this behavior stops but as soon as a new recording starts and is finished, the behavior is back. Hopefully this isn't wearing out my harddrive.
Any suggestions?

I cant say I've seen this in any of my testing. Is your last recording file still getting bigger? Or was the last recording possibly live tv (ie it could be going around and around the ring buffer)?

I'm not sure on the details yet. I have had very little time the past couple days to play with this. I just noticed it and did a quick once over. I will investigate further and let you know.
