Hi, im completely new to gbpvr as of today so bare with me for a bit.

I have run in to a problem with the web interface, it seems that the webserver isnt running for some reason.

I started by following the EWA install guide, but when the webserver wasnt running i uninstalled it again using modify in the uninstall thingy, and thus reinstalling the standard webinterface (thats what i gather from searching the forums).

Ive tried running it on a different port, on localhost and even disabling my firewall. But the service just isnt running, i even tried telnetting it to see if there was anything running on the port, which there wasnt.

I'm sort of running out of ideas as to what could be wrong, so id appreciate a nodge in the right direction?

You might need to go into the service control panel and view the properties of the 'GBVPVR Recording Service', and enable the 'allow service to interact with desktop' setting.

You'd usually only get that if the 'allow service to interact with desktop' setting was disabled.
