Advisor 2.8 dosn't run

Hi I have installed the GBPVR09813.msi and after that I Copy the Advisor 2.8 packaged in the "skin" Folder und run the InstallSkin.bat.
But after that the GUI of GB-PVR donest apears.
In the splash screen "Loading plugins" apreas and then nothing more.
What do I wrong?

My config: P4, 1.5 MHz, 640 MB RAM, WinTV-PVR-350 with MediaMVP-Box.

The Common PlugIns I also have installed without success :-(
