Feature Request - Temporary Suspension of Season Recording

As per this thread (wishlist item), I'd like to see EWA be able to

This is one of those items that would need to be implemented into the GBPVR native API or via a 3rd party scheduler implementation (sounds as though KingArgyle has CDKScheduler working via an EWA extension).

EWA was never intended to replace the ability of GBPVR.....just to extend its functionality to the Web.

When it comes to scheduling and recording EWA is a web application that wraps the core GBPVR recording API.

Other things do not rely on the GBPVR such as the Library functions. Even the searches use the native GBPVR API.

OK, no worries, UJB. I didn't quite get all the technical details, but it sounds like a fair "cannot". All my visions for checkboxes for "this, that and the other" just went out the window :-)
