I get an error message everytime I try to manually update the EPG with Zap2It. I've uninstalled GBPVR, reinstalled it, tried to remove CMTVP (in an earlier post it said removing this channel from your lineup solved a very similar problem), but I still get an error message (my .log file is attached) and it won't update.

I gave up and downloaded XMLTV and used it with Zap2It fine. And since I had no problem updating GBPVR with an XML file, this problem only relates to automatic update.

I recently changed my RWIN settings, turned off Windows Firewall (I have a router), and changed Windows XP SP2 to allow 50 simultaneous incomplete outbound TCP connection attempts per second (rather than 10). Maybe these changes screwed up the GBPVR connection to Zap2It.

It looks like something is causing it to drop the zap2it connection, but there is no real indication what.

I'm having the exact opposite problem. Mine will not automatically update. I have to force an update by going itno the config app, capture devices tab and click on upate epg to get a successful update.I had made a post about it previously but would've just made a reply here if I had seen this topic.

I was having trouble with zp2it and ended up reinstalling gbpvr and redoing my whole lineup. They changed the file lineup for digital channels and it messed up mine.
