I have a MCE 2005 Remote with it receiver and 1 Ir Blaster. Where can I buy a second Ir Blaster compatible with the MCE receiver/Blaster?

Can I make my onw? (I do not need the red flashing light on it).

Ebays probably your best bet.....Theres usually someone selling their spare remotes from mulitple tuner purchases....
