Hi everyone!

I am now building a HTPC and I need a good case, and I don't know which one to take....

It must accept full-size ATX board.
It must be black
Desktop format

My board use propriatary connection for sound, so I need to use my Asus iPanel Delux. Since it is white, I need a case that have a cover in the front to hide everything. I was thinking about the ThermalTake Tenor

I also need a good power supply, silent. I was thinking about a Antec Phantom with modular cable.

The CPU is a Amd Athlon Xp 2400+. I will need a good and silent heatsink with fan. I don't know which one to take...

Any reccomandation?

thanks in advance!

I have an idea for you, mount the ipanel backwards, that way you cont need something to cover it, and you can run the cables out the back...

but I am trying to figure out what proprietary sound connections you have that need the ipanel.. not really sure, unless you are talking about the onboard header, and want front panel audio?

personally I like the LianLI PC-V800B, but it doesnt have covers for front panel stuff.

there is already a thread about power supplies, but the seasonic M12 series would probably be good for you. as for silent heatsinks, I dont know

Thnaks for the info!

You are exact, the audio header on ther board are not the InteL standart one (I have mic, line in and speaker out). The i panel also give me Irda, serial and Usb connection on the front of the computer.

I will look at the case you told me.

you have front panel audio connectors, look at page 55 of your manual, and they are the standard ones.
