Showburner2/Transcode trouble

When i try to transcode a TV show with showburner2 it said file folder does not exist. I just want to burn the shows without the commercials. I think that it's not transcoding any files and that's why it can't find any files or folders. I have reinstalled showburner 3 times with no luck. I'm still very new at all this so any info would be great.

Oh by the way I had just downloaded GBPVR and plugins about 3 weeks ago so i should the most recent programs.
