Can't play recordings/video - System.Net.Sockets.SocketException

Hi Sub,

I'm getting an error when trying to play video "Unexpected error downloading file from server: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No such host is known". I seem to need to reboot (logout is not enough) to get things back to normal.

Things that may have changed in last couple of days:
* Windows security updates
* Installed MS Flight Sim

What I've tried
* Have tried to apply the patch you mention here, however the executable patch bombs out when I try to run it. I'll load a word doco with an indication of the error.

Any suggestions?

The patch shouldn't be run, but just copied into the right dir (probably program files\devnz\gbpvr). You might have to stop the gbpvrrec.service first.
