Can't UPDATE Scheduled Recordings

Sorry if there's already a threada for this - just did a search and couldn't find anything....

For some reason if I have a reoccurring scheduled event in Recordings that I want to modify from "this weekly timeslot" to say, "this daily timeslot", it doesn't let me scroll through the choices. I can change the padding, etc. but not the timeslot dialog? Any fix? Bug? User error?

This is by design. It doesnt allow you to change the type of season recording after it is created. If you want to change the type, you'll have to delete and recreate it.

Scenario:

I'm watching Ch 123 around 10.30 pm
Recording scheduled on Ch 4 around 11.30 pm
I switch off the TV and leave before 11.30 pm
In the morning when I switch on TV it displays the main GBPVR screen
I dont see Ch 4, I have to choose LiveTV to watch
btw, scheduled recording is completed

Is it by design? Please advice.

Yes, thats also by design. If you're watching TV when a recording is due to begin, and no other available tuner can make the recording, then live tv will exit (allowing the recording to begin, and returning your to the main menu).
