How do I reset aspect ratio/screen size?

Sorry for the noob question, tried searching for the answer and couldn't find it

When I use my mouse to resize the TV screen, the image gets stretched, how can I return it to the EXACT 4:3 aspect ratio?

I've tried F7, it returns the TV image to 4:3, however the the actual GBPVR window is still stretched.

Oh, and I must say...this program is AMAZING for something that's free, especially after trying BeyondTV and Sage trials. Will definately donate some $ here when I get some

GB-PVR's aspect ratio control is designed for use in fullscreen mode, so doesnt attempt to do anything special when you're window mode with some random window size.

If you need this, I think some video decoders can be configured to always show the content's original aspect ratio, or alternatively ffdshow.
