Change Aspect Ratio with F7

When i want to change the aspect ratio(letterbox Fill etc.), it writes "Fill" or "Letterbox" in the upper left corner, but the screen doesn't change.

I have tried different decoders(and played AVIs), but nothing happens.

I'm using Overlay Manager...

I'm guessing something else on your machine is also trying to manage the aspect ratio. Something like ffdshow or the video decoder etc.

I didn't finish reading your reply before I remember setting the Nvidia-card-driver to "Optimize for PAL" under video-sertup.
