Crash when attempting to enter XGuide

I have been trying to get the Xrecord suite set up. I am keen to use the multiple EPG lists.

I have obviously failed to configure something correctly.

I get an "object not set to the instance of an object" type error message - when clicking on the XGuide menu button.

I attach logs which seem to indicate a problem with the guide but I dont understand what the error messages mean.

It looks like the Skin you are using is missing some elements. I would recommend switching to the default Blue skin, and testing from there to see if you are getting the same errors.

Basically, it's saying there are some special elements missing from the skin for the XGuide so it can't render the screen.

Many thanks. I switched to the blue skin and the error has gone.

I was trying to use the Community WS skin.

Now I know what the issue is I can look at the forum to see what needs to be done to get Xrecord to work.
