Weather plugin crash on 1.2.13

Since upgrading to 1.2.13 the weather plugin just crashes the MVP, anyone having this problem?
I am not at my server right now so i cant send my logs, just thought i would ask first......

Weather plugin is causing an error for me too, but only sometimes when I close PVRX2, only on my new machine built with fresh 1.2.13. No error on old machine upgraded to 1.2.13. I don't think I've actually used weather through the MVP (which is still on old machine). I'll try it tonight.
Using CS3. I have not investigated too much, as I'm busy getting my new build ready for prime time.  I suppose this thread should be moved to the plugin forum - when sub returns from holiday.
What, me worry?

I'll investigate weather on my HTPC also when I get home tonight.
Anyone else, as always, reproduce errors and zip and attach all logs.

No problem with MVP served from old or new machine. Only on my new machine do I get the error dialog "PVRX2 has encountered a problem and needs to close" after I exit GBPVRX2. Similar to what used to happen when you exited before the guide was fully loaded.
This is on my fresh build, so there may be some legacy files missing? Logs attached.

I don't know if there are any "legacy" hooks since this plugin is written for PVRX2
