16x9 Skin Resizer Tool

I've created a Skin Resizer tool that should assist in resizing skins from 4x3 to 16x9 formats. Fatman_do has used it for the Community_WS skins.

It may not compute the exact sizes, but it at least converts 90% within limits and the rest is minor manual tweaking.

If there is an interest, I will post on the Wiki and enhance.

A+ timesaver. I spent over an hour calculating changes in SearchWiz by hand, using calculator. I had many mistakes. This did the whole skin in a second, and I only tweaked one line.

Yes please, converting from 4x3 to 16x9 is a bit hit and miss for me at the moment

Ahuh! You use a caculate, I do everything the hard way like creating a new monster from scratch! IT'S A LIVE! MASTER!

Yes, it pretty much stretches everything. Basically it parses thru the xml looking for all loc=, size=, radius= and spacing= tokens, figures out what the 4x3 settings are, and calculates the appropriate 16x9 version, then outputs a new file.

There is a readme that loosely explains how to use it, but it is pretty self-explanitory.

Well that surely doesn't save time for a chubby guy overloaded with other duties..:p

Besides, I did all the layout legwork in the 4:3 version, so upscaling is good enough for the 16:9 version.
